Just upgraded my phone and gave my old phone(San Francisco) to the GF.She could get internet access but not call(on orange) so I phoned them up and they said it was blacklisted. Now I bought this straight from orange but never actually used the sim it came with. I'm going to go down to the shop tomorrow but do you guys reckon they can do anything about it?

I lost that when I was trying to transfer my number from T-mobile to T-mobile (PAYG to Sim only). The minute I got it I unlocked it so I never bothered to try, I collected the phone from store so maybe they will remember me.
Update: Turns out it was not registered on the Orange network, don't know why it took a few CS people to drop my call and misdiagnose but it's finally sorted thanks to one really helpful CS lady.
