Phone/Broadband Problem.

Hey guys,

Just lately I’m noticing our broadband connection resyncs every time the phone rings and is answered or an out going call is made?

I’ve only recently just changed all the mircofilters on the line, so I’m pretty sure its not that, anything else it might be

Hi mate have you tried to put all the old filters back to see if it stiill occurs just to rule out the filter side it?

Still having problems - it's getting annoying now

Every time the phone rings I loose sync then re-sync and continue to lose sync until the call is over!

But the end of the conversation, my connection speed has usually reduced dramatically, but remains stable until the next call.

We've also noticed that the line quality of the call is worse the longer the call lasts? I'm guessing the two problems are related...

Here’s a simple diagram:-

Socket 3 is where the router is.

If decent quality filters are the answer, then what would you recommend? I'm currently using 3x Speedtouch's.
