I sold my iPhone box and accessories, should I remove the part number, serial number and IMEI label from the back?

Not sure if the buyer can do anything with this or not. That particular IMEI/phone has been reported as lost (selling new accessories with old phone box)

You can retrieve the IMEI number from the phone using a code anyway so I'd not imagine it'd make a difference. Maybe just put it in the description anyway in case the buyer decides to be an arse about it.

*#06# will give a phones IMEI anyway. And if the phone is already reported as lost, its a IMEI for a blacklisted phone?

He's not sending the phone guys - the IMEI is irrelevant to the person he is selling the 'box/accessories'

Could someone with malicious intent report the phone as stolen if the IMEI is in their possession? I don't know how much information is needed to block a phone...

You sold a... box? Is there really a market for a second hand box and a USB cable? I guess there is, how bizarre.

There is when the usb cable, charger adapter and headphones cost about £60 retail from Apple
