Phone Issue?

Seem to be having a problem with my phone (Samsung Tocco) basically when I text it's extremely slow and it freezes for example if im pressing one of the letters on the screen it simply doesnt respond and even when im typing a text out it just freezes on letters and what not making it a nightmare to text, very slow and laggish, rest of the phone seems fine though. I haven't dropped it or anything so I don't see whats causing it.

Could too many contacts cause it maybe? thanks.

Sounds like a problem with the data cable to the keypad. Not uncommon unfortunately but if you have proof of purchase Samsung have a 24 months warranty.

Oh, who would I go to? back to phones4u thats where I originally got it about 6 months back. Thanks for the infos.

Back to Phones4u, they'll take care of the warrantee for the first 12 months. Although expect them to take a good couple of weeks to get it fixed for you.
