somewhere out there!
I need some GENUINE! form of photo ID that can prove my age! I don't drive so drivers liecense is not an option. I currently have one by the portman group whilst mine is genuine, some pubs and shops do say that its one that is easily faked and also Ive had major facial surgery since the photo was taken so it really doesn't look like me. Any advice is gratefully received.

just apply for a provisional, i take it you are going to want a bike / car at some point in your life?

Most places as far as i'm aware will generally only accept passport or drivers license as official photo ID. I have a provisional and have always used that, though understand you can't from the above.

Only option then would be passport

Apparently this is a good one, at my local bookies they have leaflets for this card and recommend it as Photo ID, if a bookies take it a pub should do. Apparently government certified (whatever that means) and has all the holographic stuff.

The PASS hologram signifies that the card is a genuine PASS card. Government and police advise that only PASS cards and photo-driving licences should be used as proof of age

Provisional driving licenses cost £50, I just applied for mine. 2 weeks ETA time for delivery (though they are taking my picture from my passport), instead of me sending it in.

Not accepted by a lot of pubs as it's very easy to lie on the forms and get whatever you like put on them, I've know a few people who have done it and I know we don't accept them at any of the pubs I do the door on.

They don't go handing them out to people who are registered blind ;)

Photocopy of passport? I know people who've done it, cant guarantee success though.

Again like the PASS cards very easy to change the details and wouldn't be accepted by most places.
