As default Photoshop chooses "North America General Purpose 2" with a sRBG 1EC........ working space. I however choose North American Prepress 2, with Adobe RGB (1998), however I'm wondering if I should increase the working space to ProPhoto RGB ?

What setting do you Photoshop experts use ? :)

Any other settings you suggest changing ?

Cheers

Thanks for the link, looked complicated at first but not when u actually read it. That said I'm still not sure what the recommendation is and would be interested to see replies from people saying what they use.

You've got to consider the following aspects.

1. What files are you opening in PS? What colour profile are they?

2. Does your monitor cover enough of your chosen space for it to be workable?

3. How are you printing these images off? What colour space is being used?
