Photoshop experts - help needed

Hi guys my sister want's to get the picture below of her dogs printed on canvas but the armchair they are sitting on is a little dirty in places where they are sitting and to the right of them as well. Would one of you be kind enough to touch up the photo so the chair doesn't look as bad when it's printed? I would be most grateful for any help

It's not going to be a massive print... maybe A3 size or smaller. I know there are peeps on this forum that can touch up the chair in this pic. Can one of you please help me? I can't use Photoshop
