Photoshop help needed

We want to use the following photo on a cake for our sons 2nd birthday but the background needs to be out of focus or a solid colour as it is distracting.
But I lack both Photoshop and the talent to do that, can you do that for me?

bah, you guys are no fun. heres my proper one. the background is transparent so it will work with whatever colour icing you have on the cake.
