Photoshop Help/Request

I have been trying for ages to change this images 'face' :

to the middle image of the below image. Although i just cannot work out how to do it, i have been trying for so long.

So please could someone help me out and also, tell me how they did it? As i would love to know.

It would also be great if the word 'pete' could be changed to 'chris'

As i am forever being called sneaky chris.

You need to provide a much higher quality/resolution photo tbh

All I would do is reverse select the face stripes, delete them and then add in the face you want as a layer underneath the sneaky pete one.
