Photoshop request please - Olympic rings removing

I don't have Photoshop and although I've tried to do this with the software I have, I've not been very successful.

I need to use this image but unfortunately there are very tight controls on the use of the Olympic rings.

Please can someone remove the rings from both the ribbon and the medal itself for me.

Here's a small version so you can see what's involved

XXX Olympiad London 2012 and the figure on the front looks like she could be topless..... looks like an award from a porn event!
 
FYI "Olympiad" is also trademarked so if you were planning on using this for OcUK then you'll need to get rid of that as well. Oh and so is "London 2012".
