what tool are you guys using to properly change the haircolor to blonde anyway? when i try the colour replacement tool it acts more like highlights unless its already a light colour

Err used a combination of soft brush + yellow +screen/colour/soft light layers then white + lighten x2 layers and masked colour balance and levels.. And brightness/saturation

Very sloppy way of doing it, I know, but it had a better outcome than colour replace and just colour balance ect. Very rushed.
