I need to return an Air Commander to them under the distance selling regulations and the only address I can find is this: (Foto Konijnenberg B.V. / Photospecialist, Service & Repair Department, Kroezenhoek 8, 7683PM Den Ham, The Netherlands, Tel. +44 (0)1752-685309) It's a bit of a long shot but has anybody else used this address for a return?

Their customer service woman had incorrectly informed me that I should await a response from the return form I had previously completed on that page a few days ago. Another mail has just arrived telling me to resubmit my details on their return form again and send it with the item to the address at the top of their page (so there wasn't any need to have waited). All good now.
