I enabled photostream for a friend on their iphone so that the last 30 days of pictures would appear on their laptop, making it more convenient to work with the images than plugging in a cable.
At the time this synced the last 30 days but it hasnt updated since, the friend syncs their albums via itunes and so cannot enable icloud photos else it will delete the items synced via itunes.
Surely both options dont need to be turned on for this to work anyway?
