PHP/ISS install problem

I'm trying to install PHP 5.1.4 to work with IIS 6.0 but when the php install gets to the end where it configures IIS I get the error 'Windows cannot find C:\Windows\system32\iisext.vbs' and the install fails.
Tried googling it but that only comes up with a link that no longer works :/

Any ideas?

Does it have to be IIS?

I can't help with the specific IIS problem, but if you are just trying to get a web server up and running, take a look at WAMP.

PHP, MySQL and Apache in one package.

Apologies if IIS is what you need.

Configuring PHP for IIS 4.0 + (even tho i'm using 6.0) seems to have worked
