php - what does this mean?

i'm trying to install a phpBB mod, but i'm a bit stuck. the instructions say this...

2. Place the included title_install.php into your root phpBB directory, and then run it.

sounds simple enough. i've uploaded the file to the right place but how exactly do i "run it"?

'Run' means 'visit' essentially
