Yes, No.

Well, if you've modded the board (as in modifications to add new features) then it'll be harder as you need to do it manually, although I still don't see how anyone can find it hard... it's find, replace or find, add after.

But if you haven't modified your board then it's just a case of uploading the updated files & running the installer.
