Okay, I have two GTX 560TIs in SLI and an Intel i7 2600k at stock speeds. In the control panel am I better off using one of the GPUs or the CPU for PhysX. When I set it to auto it always end up setting it to one of the GPUs which then disables SLI, which I would expect would end up lowering my performance.

Any thoughts on this would be nice.

Thanks, Antony

I have always left it on auto. There are not many games that use PhysX so it makes no difference to sli most of the time.

But the issue is that when it is set to auto it ends up setting it to use GPU 1 in the control panel, stopping SLI, which surely must be worse than having it use the i7?

it shouldn't be doing this, I run mine on auto and it never stops SLI from working, it shares the load on the SLI... are you sure you've clicked auto and then clicked APPLY before closing down nvidia control panel?

Yes, I'm sure. Then after a while when I go to disable SLI to play Blacklight I noticed it had somehow set GPU 1 as the main for PhysX.
