Picasa Help

I have a customer who is trying to send some high res images, sadly i keep getting 30-50kb nasties which are no use.

He is using Picasa and cant seem to make it export as high res - as i dont use it i cant help, is there anyone out there who can, or perhaps point me to a guide i can send to him.

Open the picture and select:

tell him jsut to attach the pictures to an email, if you right click on the picture in picasa you have the option to "locate on disc" (or something like that)
