i've checked systemactive terms, they state it takes upto 7 working days to issue a refund, has it been 7 working days since they received the pico? in the comments above u said they got the pico back wednesday, that's 2 working days ago.
 
Yeah i sent the email & then found out about the 7 working day bit so i will give it till next thursday/friday and see what goes.i am an impatient man though.

They could've replied to your email though, i found them not very responsive to email at certain times. But they did refund me (when prodded after the 7 days). I think you're gonna get refunded which isn't bad considering you were just past the return window. I know some places wouldn't if you're past the 14 days.
