Picture doesn't fit the screen properly

The rest of the channels are fine but for some reason my sky sports channel will not size correctly to my screen and overhangs. Even worse on ss news where you can't read anything.

Any ideas?

Change the aspect ratio in the settings of whatever your using (I assume Sky)

Yeah.

What do you mean by aspect ratio?

tried resizing using normal tv options but for sone reason sky sports just refuses to size properly.

Have you checked the aspect ratio in the Sky box options too?

1) What TV do you have? A model number would be handy
2) What Sky box do you have? Sky+, Sky+HD
3) How is the Sky box connected to your TV? (HDMI or Scart being the most common)

Answer the above and we'll be able to better pin point where the problem is
