Inititial thoughts, feels very solid and well made. @70mm the OS is worth 4 stops. @200mm its worth 3 imho.

Sharp enough at 2.8, as sharp as the canon f4l when stopped to f3.5 or f4.

weighs a tonne! Oh, and i paid £780 new for it.... and check out this for amazing DHL performance!

I had the Canon L 70-200 2.8 IS and was not pleased with the sharpness at all and Wex replaced it twice, neither of which were as sharp as I liked so I bought the f4 L IS version which wiped the floor with it at f4 at any zoom. I sold it months later though as I wasn't using it enough but the need has come back later this year so I'm interested in an OS one

They're good jeans for the money. I don't see the point of paying £40 for jeans when you can get a good pair for half as much.
