Comments welcome... :)

Nice photos Strax, I prefer the inverary photo. Helensburgh has a broken pier too at Craigendoran station too incase your making a collection or theme of it and wanting more..

EDIT: 1000th forum post !!! Yipiie :p

you need to straighten the second one. I cant help but feel the lens is causing some distortion. it seems to curve inwards, cant remember what its called.

lovely pictures all the same. great colours and great exsposure.

barrel distortion. Yes, there is some on these pics - but it's a nightmare to correct properly on the Sigma 10-20 cos' the distortion is uneven - or "moustache" distortion.

Nice shots, but I can't help but feel they're just superwide for the hell of it. I'd actually like to see some tighter crops.

Call me strange but that's what I love about ultra-wide photo's, I have a thing for fish-eye lenses too. :)

The first one is stunning but in my eyes the second one's composition doesnt quite look right, not too sure how i would change it but i really do like the first one :)

I am not really making a theme of it, just really using them for some foreground interest :)

As people have pointed out, the Sigma does give a bit of distortion, all part of the charm of an ultrawide lens I s'pose

Thanks to everyone for the comments, made some interesting reading :) :)
