pillow problem

I sleep on my front and am having a real problem getting hold of a firm and thin pillow.
Initially i paid £50 each for the ones i have now (4 of the things!) but they are down and feather filled and too thick for me (wife likes them though)
I can't take any more sleeping with no pillow and just need something around 7-10cm thick but have had no luck finding a suitable one.
Any ideas where might sell something suitable? Never had a latex or foam one so what are they like?

BHS has a large array of pillows, but yeah is it really that important it be 7-10 cm thick?

Memory foam pillow from pretty much anywhere - £10. They tend to be thinner than normal pillows because they compress less in use. I've just measured mine - 9cm at the thickest point (where your neck would be - it's thinner where your head would be).
