One. I buy good quality pillows that don't collapse. However, if I'm honest I could do with another thin pillow as well because I also use a chillow, which puts another 2kg on the pillow as well as my head. Trouble is, two is too many. If I'm out I'll sometimes use two.

I dont actually use a pillow. Dont know why, but it seems to give me neck ache if i use a pillow.
