Incredibly simple though. I enjoyed the 30s distraction.

i set some of my pin numbers based on mathematical formula.
e.g, 2Pi, or Pi + e

limit constant to 4 sig .figs etc.

passwords I set with a more elaborate formula based on easy rememberable or retrievable info. E.g. Take the day of the month of my brithday as an index into PI, take that digit as an index in e, take that index as as the prime number index.

These are just indiators of what I do. I add some randomness which I adjust regularly as well, then I just have to remember the randomness not the whole string.
