Fallout set in Paris would be good. I guess all the big Chinese cities with the uber-futuristic skylines wouldn't be feasible as at the time of the nuclear war China wouldn't be anywhere near as technologically advanced as it is now. But then in Anchorage you've got the Chinese Stealth Suits and the Shock Sword so... I dunno.
