Pipex Migration

What information do pipex ask you when you migrate away from them? Do they ask you for your account password as I seem to have lost the welcome letter with the password on it?

They didn't ask for my password, I think it was just phone number, account number and credit card number.

Where do you get your account number from?

It's the 6 character logon ID, the bit before the %xtreme4.dsl.pipex.com bit
