Just seen Bolt at the cinema was not bad film, I have noticed they have not done them for a few films, but anyone know why they stopped doing the outtakes?

No its a Pixar film, had the lamp and everything.

Wall-E didnt have any, nor did Cars, Ratetouee from what i remeber, I dont think the incredibles had any either

Maybe they started hiring talented actors that could pull everything off in one take.

I haven't seen the film, so I have no idea if it had the Pixar lamp or not, but according to every source I can find, it is not a Pixar production. IMDB says this.
John Lasseter, the Pixar VP, changed jobs and is now high up at Disney, so maybe that is why the Lamp appeared.

Pixar was bought over by Disney, or am I wrong?

Pixar merged with Disney studios in 2006, but that does not mean that every Disney animated film since is a Pixar film.
For example Ratatouille (2007) and Wall-E (2008) were made at Pixar studios, whereas Meet the Robinsons (2007) and Bolt (2008) were made at Disney Animation studios.

This is correct. They use the Pixar logo because "Pixar Technology" was involved in the production process by Disney staff.

Did Wall-E have any?

Wall-E has a short movie (7mins) called Burn-E which is attached to the dvd
