Its still valid, you need a student code, which I have if you want it.
Is that deal still valid?
In need of a new phone after getting my A50 a bit wet.

I've used the Microsoft Launcher on android for years, does what I want, a few setting tweaks and all good.To cut to the chase before the waffle below, is there a simple battery efficient 'launcher' that people would recommend for the Pixel 7A to replace 'Pixel launcher'?
I've had a Pixel 7A for just less than a couple of weeks. The battery life has been so-so, but I'm expecting that to improve once the battery beds in after a few weeks recharge cycles. I've moved from a Moto G7 Power, but wasn't expecting the 7A match that re. battery life.
However, the last couple of days have been a bit of a stress test, where rather from working from home and connecting va wifi, I've been out on visits using google maps etc. The battery life was pretty woeful (on 9% by mid afternoon).
But the biggest battery drain was 'Pixel launcher' at 20% since last full charge. Maps was 18% and Chrome 13%.
I'm also not that impressed with some aspects of the interface that comes with the Pixel 7A - the 'at a glance' widget is useless for me and just takes up screen space (I've also just turned it off to save on battery, but the date is still there...), and I'd like to move the Google search bar from the bottom of the screen.
I really liked the simplicity of the interface on the Moto G7 - no bells or whistles that I didn't need. I've also never had to use a different launcher before compared to the one that came with the original phone.
Does anyone have a launcher that they would recommend for the 7A? The main thing is that it's not a battery drain like the Pixel launcher is, but it would be a bonus if I could rid of 'at a glance' and move the search bar. The Nova Launcher gets a few recommendations on the main Pixel 7 thread (is it worth paying for the Prime version)? What's the Microsoft Launcher like? Just looking for recommendations based on people's experiences, especially with the 7A.
