The guys over at revision3 have made a new internet tv show called pixel perfect which is all about computer gfx, worth checking out -

"Using photoshop in fantasy art. Create lightning, sparkles, and a mystical vortex the same way professional effects and movie matte artists do"

Warning: You may get extreme lust for a Wacom Cintiq after viewing :)

Watched that earlier and wow that guy made it look so easy! And yes that tablet thing looked really nice.

Its a good show, i liked it. I little simplified for the first show hopefully, i must admit i knew everything bar that dynamic brush setting at the end and shift click which is great. Hopefully it gets more advanced. Good stuff!

And yes, i too now want one of those undoubtedly expensive pad things..

Learnt something new this week as didn't know you could do animation in photoshop as i've been opening everything in imageready for years

ohhh. i was really happy with my graphire until i saw that little beauty. i use mine as a mouse though...don't do a lot of graphics work. might give that show a go though...is it going to make me good at graphics and stuff?

Good stuff, I liked that. Learnt a fair bit actually, and I'm pretty pro with photoshop. Must have a little play I think.

Nicely said. Imagine one of those bad-boys with a round of iSketch! :)

Excellent video although i didn't actually like the vortex he made. The rest looked great.

I never realised it was so easy to do something like that without having artistic flair!

Interesting show this week bert goes over his famous painting that has over 15,000 layers and took 11 months to make!
