You do realise real pizzas take minutes to cook.

A real pizza requires about 30 minutes just to make the base (assuming that the dough is made from scratch), and a further 15-20 minutes to cook. That's just for a bog standard home made pizza; the traditional professionals leave their dough to rise for hours before they even start to shape it into a base.

Takeaway pizzas are made with pre-mixed, pre-frozen dough, and pre-frozen toppings, then passed under a grill (via conveyor belt) for less than 10 minutes (often no more than 6.5). This is not proper cooking; it is not even adequate grilling. That's why takeaway pizzas often have a soggy, half-cured base with undercooked toppings.

Also, what pastry?

Last time I checked, a pizza was made with a pastry base. If you don't have a pastry base, you've simply got a pile of topping & cheese on a plate. That's not a pizza.

yes the base takes hours to make. But 20 mins at 350-400 degrees C and you will end up with charcoal. Real pizzas cook in 3minutes flat.

Cooking pizza is done at high temperature, between 750° F and 650° F, with the flame moved to one side of the pizza oven. Pizzas are placed with a peel on the oven floor and are ready in 3 minutes.

You never been to italy?? It takes only a few minutes to cook a pizza at 300 celcius.

Yes the dough takes hours to tise, but nothing says this machine wont premake the dough.
