"Hayo Zookeepers,
We're seeing a number of reports of saves not correctly displaying in the menu following a connection error with our Franchise servers. Please be aware that your saves have not been lost. Our team are aware and are investigating.
Whilst we work on a fix, if you are encountering the issue:
1) Restart the game
2) Enter your chosen mode via the mode's button in the main menu, rather than using the 'Resume' button "
