Hi,
I am looking to hide our washing machine from the side view by creating a plasterboard stud wall screen.
I know how to construct the frame and board, but I am trying to avoid skimming by just filling and sanding the board joints.
The only problem I have is how to tackle the return,on the end of the wall as I wont be boarding up to a door frame or another wall. The screen will be like a full height pier. I think angle bead would be the way to tackle this if using skim, but think angle bead will stand too proud for drywall.
Any suggestions - Am I going to have to skim this?
