I get choke a lot of the time is my only excuse. IF you ever played and it feels kinda like deja vu where you shoot but its all out of sequence and the other guys are always firing before you. Im good enough to know when its all whacked off anyway, it varies.

I use net_graph 3 which is banned on the ocuk server for O_o strange reasons

My best rank there would be about below 50. Reset for July soon, I maybe storm the rankings then :p
Are you able to make a video of a killstream maybe, try bandicam
 
Started playing on a different Office only deathmatch server last night, I forget the full name but its a German one and it was hilarious because the spawnpoints are the normal ones so if you're a T you can just go into the office and nail CTs as they spawn and run out of the garage.
