Hi
Recently i bought a Dell 22" LCD for a new pc i have got.
I did a bit of research and from what i gathered the PS3 can be displayed on the LCD because it has a DVI-D input and is also HDCP compatible.
Yesterday i bought a DVI - HDMI adaptor that would allow me to use the HDMI cable for my PS3 to be connected to my LCD.
I have just tried it and it doesnt work.
All i get is an error on the screen saying 'resolution 1680x1050 not supported'.
Now i am confused!
What shall i do?
The LCD in question is a Dell E228WFP widescreen LCD flat panel monitor
