What are the players you really admire for whatever reason in other teams? So much so that you'll go out of your way to watch that players games and the like.

For me Mikel Arteta has always been one of those players for me, just always enjoyed watching him play.

Messi, Ronaldinho, Kaka, Lennon, Henry. Even Ronaldo when he's playing well, now he's at a decent club.

Formerly Ronaldo (proper one), Rivaldo, Cafu, Baggio, Zidane, Del Piero, Larsson, Romario, Davids, Van Basten, Bergkamp, Nedved, Schevchenko, Weah...

Oh if we're talking the past then Javier Zanetti (well nearly past) and Lilian Thuram, two of my favourite defenders that I was sorry to never see in the premiership.

I've always liked Arteta as well.

Fabregas probably the player in the premiership I love watching the most, and an in-form Torres is pretty impressive.

Ooh yes Ireland is another one, I'd love to see him at United. I don't know why City don't seem to start him as much as I would

I rate him too. He is best playing behind the strikers but Tevez has taken over this role often this season and doing very well, so ireland has had to revert to playing somewhere else.

Messi, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Iniesta, Xavi, Thierry Henry, Kaka, Ibrahamovic, Eto...geez the list would go on and on if i kept going:p...but those are the players i like watching and admire for their skills.

Cant say theres anyone in the premiership that i really admire other than Fabregas, Torres and even Shrek aka Rooney:p.

ARteta, Donovan, Pires, Henry, Diarra, both Ronaldo's, Xavi, Messi, Lampard, N'zogbia(so under rated, needs to be at a big team), Ireland/Robinho combination, Berbatov, Carlton Cole and the short guy he played with last year, some fantastic football between them.

Bellamy gets a mention, almost always very exciting to see in an attacking sense, but one player I've yet to see give less than 100%, if it was a champs league final or a pre-season against Torquay I'd expect to see the same level of effort and the same intent to win, also puts in so much work defensively, mouthy, could do with a neck extension surgery. Just nice to see someone who gets ridiculous money who just doesn't do "i'm too big for this game", ok he's probably done it once/twice but its very very rare compared to the vast majority of players.

It's hard not to admire many players from the league above when your team is in the Championship! :D

There's a few good players in the Championship I'd take for Forest that I admire. Sharp sounded very dangerous against us for Donny, despite being 'off' according to a Donny fan I know. Dorrans is a good player, Ambrose, Whittingham, Fryatt and any decent left-back I admire at the minute!
