Playing your back catalogue of games ....

I have a huge backlog of ps+ games and ps3 games like

la noire
portal
mass effect 3

etc so I'm going to make it a mission to complete these games during the first month of 2015...

All these great games and still yet to start them... So, anyone else going to try and clean up their back catalogue before buying anymore..?
 
Hundreds on Steam, about 20 games on XBone and 15 or so on PS4, then Wii U, VITA, PS3...

And all I play is WoW, Fifa 15 and Diablo 3.

So no, I don't try, if I had a couple more lifetimes and less disposable income I might do.
 
La Noire was one of my favourite games of the past few years, stick with it, although it is a very Marmite game.

I've got assassins creed black flag staring at me, need some time to play it!

Going to sell fifa, as its too "pick up and play" so I never play anything else, plus it frustrates the hell out of me!
 
I keep meaning to but probably still won't, there's hundreds on there and it'd take most of 2015 to clear the majority of them. Did go in the mindset of clearing everything on my PS4 when I got it and for what I've bought so far it's going really well! PS+ isn't helping but, that's it.


I've given up on my Steam catalogue, it's just... way too much (and not bought anything on there for over a year now xD)

Nope... my ex missus son played it on my psn account but I've yet to play portal 2. looked over my ps+ list, hadn't even played the Sam n max devils playhouse that I got as my first ps+ title...

not anymore, all five episodes completed, now going to plough through la noire and then onto portal 2..

as for my steam list, I'll ignore that lol stopped buying steam games December last year...
 
I liked LA Noire especially the Black Dhalia bit but thought it was a bit jumbled. That should have been the last stage. The arson and drug bits were meh!
 
I am down to my final five on PS3 - PixelJunk Monsters, PixelJunk Eden, Remember Me, Infamous 1 + 2. Once those five are done, I'm finished with PS3 and ready to purchase a PS4.

Correction - make that six. I need to do Red Dead Redemption. I stopped playing when I got to Mexico years ago.
 
Tomb Raider, Metro: Last Light, XCOM: Enemy Unknown and Company of Heroes 2 on PC and GTA V and Alien Isolation on PS4 :)

Will finish Alien Isolation and Tomb Rider along with The Swapper and Infamous: First Light from PS+ in January.
 
Portal 1? that's a short game. Even if you get stuck a few times, you should finish it in 4 hours.
 
There's just too many games and too many sales to clear up the backlog. I'll finish one game and buy 3 more! Just play whatever you feel like playing at the time. There's no point forcing yourself to play a game if you don't feel like it just because you bought it.
 
I've recently bought halo mcc, ac4, destiny + expansions and GTA 5

These will do me for a good few months (even tho 2 are things I've already completed). I dont rreally understand people who buy more games than they'll play, or ones they don't really want (do you sell them after/keep them?) do you learn from your mistakes?

I had loads of games on gamecube /Xbox and 360 eras but have learned to now sell them asap or buy them online to not clog up shelve space

Hahahaha that fifa comment is spot on .. it's all I play on the ps4 yet when I do I nearly break my controller every time !
 
Got lots on my PS3, they'll probably never get played.

On my 360 I have Skyrim and Arkham City, Hitman Absolution to finish.

Xbox one I have NFS Rivals and Wolfenstein.

PS4 I have Alien Isolation, CoD SP, Far Cry 4, TLoU.

Too many games.

Any every Games for Gold game on Xbox One.

Just bought Elite Dangetoys for PC but not started it.
 
Done 9 cases on la noire, and its a really hard game to get 5 stars on each case....

my list of back catalogue will take ages to plough through.. also got crysis 2 and 3, ratchet and clank games, sly Cooper collection wow so many games to play..
