Yeah I kinda got this feeling. A bit annoyed now as everybody was making it out as if there would be price drops on the other stock when these new i5s came out and now several of the parts that I specced are out of stock because the rush of sales this morning..

When new technology is FIRST released not much changes, especially when there is still the new tech premiums. As things settle and the PIIs become completely pointless at that price they will fall.

As far as always waiting is concerned; theres a massive difference between brand new architectures and the latest revisions.

If you are too impatient then go ahead and buy old technology that is (in common knowledge) to be outdated in a couple of months, its not our loss.

OcUk is constantly selling stuff, it will come back in stock.

Build looks solid, add a decent aftermarket cooler (range is very limited atm) and overclock it.
+1 for not getting the Logitech G5. Im using one now.

My suggestion is to ditch the Phenom. Get an I5 rig, or if you can afford go I7. That way if you got multi graphics card in future there will be less chance of being held back by lack of CPU power.

With the Phenom11 that he specced there is no way he would be limited by cpu power if he got multi graphics cards.
