I personally would spend less on the case and get the 6970 with BF3 and Deus Ex included as stocking fillers

I've got the WD Cavian Green 1.5TB SATA II i used this as external.I will buy new when the price fall down and sure the next upgrade an ssd.

i will replace the motherboard with this MSI Z68A-G43-G3 Intel Z68 (i will not use second gpu), and the psu with one of this xfx pro 650w or Antec TruePower New Modular 650W '80 Plus Bronze'

The MSI isnt better than the Gigabyte - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-364-GI&groupid=701&catid=5&subcat=1990 - would you like a motherboard that does symmetrical Crossfire? (i.e 8X/8X?)

Out of those two PSU's get the Antec.

Then the Gigabyte with its top slot connected at 16X directly to the cpu socket is fine, with a ivybridge CPU it will also be PCI-E3.0 as well to the top slot as there are no "switches" on these cheap boards..
