That board isnt particuarly good, if youre wanting something around the same price then get the gigabyte DS3L, Id also invest in a better PSU as OCZ arent great, this Corsair would be enough wattage wise and is much better quality. Also do you want an aftermarket cooler? If youre planning on clocking its better, or if you want a quiet PC also better

erm you dont really need that speed ram unless u are attempting the high horizons or overclocking tbh an E5200 overclocked can perform just as well as that cpu but at half the price
