x1800's are not loud, not unless you can hear a nat fart, and it sounds like your standing right next to concorde when its taking off, which apparently a lot of ppl can.

Not detailed specs unfortunately! This is straight from the manual:do you have any specs for it ?
If you look on the side of the PSU you should find a stick which will tell you the amps for each 12V rail
