This depends a lot on what you are applying for.
A few general pointers though:
Don't refer to yourself as a Third Party. Use I instead of Michael.
You can use the space on the page a lot better I feel. I think you would be able to fit that CV onto 1 page (as an undergraduate you don't want your cv to be any longer than a page.)
I also feel that you can cut down on some of the descriptions of your roles. Recruitment staff just want to see the facts and nothing in between, I would recommend bullet points.
On this note you can scrap that overview, that belongs as part of your cover letter, not on your CV.
This is only from my experience of applying for internships for investment banks and Management Consultants. Those points may be totally void for other industries, but I think that they are applicable!

edit: Sorry forgot to add! I really like the layout it looks very professional, however. I don't think you need to change that, it is more that you need to condense the spacing of it, i.e. put your address at the top in a slightly smaller font and in a way which takes up less space.
