I have the corsair h110v hydro liquid cooler and when I was installing it I accidentally touched a tiny bit of the therms compound this is causing it right?
Idle temps 79f degrees

Have you checked temps while playing and the GPU activity via msi afterburner?

The card could be throttling due to thermal issues.

It wouldn't have hurt touching the compound - and your idle temps are fine in farenheiht. It's your load temps that are important. But check your load temps on the CPU too - as they will throttle too if it gets too hot and throttle the GPU too. (Excuse edits/typos as I post using tablet).

You need to get msi afterburner and core temp - msi will check CPU temp too but core temp will be easier for you to use.

Have you heard of prime95?

Edit: Was this your first build?

Yea this is my first build also the evga graphics card when the pc turns on the fans spin but as soon as the whole pc boots up coneplete which is 20secs they stop spinning I never see them spinning ever and I have seen temp as high as 114f on gpu during a game and they don't spin?
I have piriform speccy showing my temps. So I opened up tom Clancy ghost recon and started a mission. The temps are jumping all around 90f, 119f, 83f, 79f it's very inconsistent for all four cores.

The card's fans are designed not to spin when not under load so don't worry.

And your temps are so low they wont be spinning up in game.

Your CPU temps are fine too - in Fahrenheit (just clarifying because if it's Celsius your b*ggered) - but something seems amiss.

Download prime 95 and run a quick 5 minute test and monitor CPU temps.

I'll get a link for you brb...

Okay so downloaded prime 95 and it opens up first it says. Join GIMPS I close that and hit just trees testing. Than it says run a torture test and it has options below saying small FFTs, in-place large FFTs, blend, and custom it was already on blend so I hit okay and opens up this window and they are going down from windows 1 - 8v

Yeah I have four core temp reading show temp for all four cores they are high rn it's scarring me I closed prime 95 but they are still high? Temp acerage for all is 145
