please help idle temps high?

can someone tell me if these idle settings are ok 4.5 oc and also core 0 and core 1 seem to be using up to 50% on idle

Check task manager and see what processes are using the cores.

Run prime to check full load temps, these are more important than idle.

the only thing i can see is IASTORDATAMGRSCV.EXE CPU AVG 22
can i disable this feature its the intel rapid storage i dont use it .i dont think.

Must have something running, 50% use on 2 cores is not idle.

Restart and then have another go.

The mins at 33-34 degrees will be the idle temperature at a guess when nothing is running.
