My current contract with Orange ran out 3 days ago, so I have the option to request my PAC code and bugger off to a different network or chat with the nice people at Orange and negotiate a decent new deal.
Now... my problem is that I am greedy and have been looking at the deals on the Dial a Phone website - particularly taken by the free iPod video deal. However, I am wanting some advice as to what they are like as a company and whether or not I should stick with Orange as I have never had any problems with them in the past. The alternative to Orange is to go Flext 35 by T mobile (via Dial a Phone), which seems an ideal tariff for me. I am sure that Orange will attempt to price match this (in fact I know they will as I chatted with them earlier) but I obviously won't benefit from free iPod etc.
Also, need some advice as to which phone to get. I have always been a Nokia fanboy and swore I would never stray, but maybe it's time for a change
I've currently got a 6230i which I have had no problems with
TIA
