Please help me spec an office PC

Looking to build an office PC.

Mainly used for Office, Photoshop and general surfing.

Needs to be small form factor similar to Dell Optiplex

Probably 6 core i5 and 16GB Ram

Pref Display Port out and on board graphics.

Adobe still favours intel over ryzen, and whist it starts to use cores, it's still bound by speed, clock for clock 6 core and 8 core intel would perform the same

^^^^ cant believe 8400 is same price as 9600k....​

best for adobe CC would be the K chips overclocked to 5ghz - but you'd need a good cooler and then a Z370/390 board .
listed the cheapest 6 core , which has single core boost of 4ghz and all core of 3.8ghz but is costly compared to ryzen 2600x - 4.2ghz single/dual and 3.6ghz all core boost

9600k has single/dual core boost of 4.6/5ghz and all core at 4.3ghz if left default and should be contained with a good low profile cooler - but its costs ...

Dont want to go the overclocking route. Need to keep the cost reasonable.

That Ryzen is quite a bit cheaper
