cheapest 7800xt ocuk have now is £450
below is what i'd go for..was going to put a mobo in, but then reread and you want a matx? that still true...it's just the cheap ones are 'poor' in my view...go to 24:06 and you can see results of testing ..admittedly it's using a higher powered cpu, but one of the ideas of getting am5 is that you can upgrade your cpu laster, and if the board can take a higher powered cpu, what's the point...changing your mobo later isn't cost effective and a royal pain up the backside
i woud say any board over 90 degrees is getting toasty and wouldn't bother with..even the 2 above (gigabyte b650m ds3h and the msi b650m-a wifi I'd avoid. if he's typing the cinebench number on the graph it's performing below others, so I'd skip
that means the b650m boards that are any good are more expensive...wheareas you have the gigabyte B650 eagle at £125...temps 83 degrees, not great but more than up to the challenge of running a 7950, so should run most things in the future

not totally up with monitors , but beow are 1440 flat ips panels..cheapest is 165hz, other 2 180hz...there is a very budget one at 100hz but i don't recommend. i'me using as 144hz lg oled, but the 144hz is compensated by pixel instant response...you wont get that with led tv's..va can have smearing (esp on the more budget ones) so why i prefer ips
