Hi right i dont have clue how to overclock lol
i want to overclock my cpu.

I have

CPU - Q9400 @2.66GHZ
RAM - 4GB CORSAIR 800MHZ
MB - ASUS P5N E SLI
GPU - 460 GAINWARD 1GB VERSION
PSU - 850 WATTS XFX

I thinks thats all you need to know right?

Not gonna get very far with that motherboard. The nForce 6xx chipset was notoriously poor for overclocking quads, and the P5NE was the cheapo option :(

Still, worth following the guide and giving it a go.
