Hi would like some help please on the following items i need.

1. CPU: would like quad core the Pro Q6600 sounds the one but not sure ?
2. Mother board for said cpu no need for over clock options or fancey wifi e.t.c lan would be nice tho ?
3. 2 x gig of Ram for said board again no need for over clock ?
4. 2 sata drives 160g each or above ?
