Hi, there i want to slowly over few months build a new pc.
I find very hard to choose as i want to "future proof" PC, i know no such thing, but i dont mind paying extra if it's worth it.

The CPU i decided i5 6600k
Motherboard has to have SLI support so if needed i can SLI two titans together when 4k becomes the norm.
So first ill buy CPU+Motherboard+RAM and play with my current GPU and save for GTX 980 ti

And i want to get the fastest SSD witch is the new M2's as i understand.

Thnx for the help beforehand.

P.S. i read forums and tech news about all this Skylake-e and new GPU's and AMD doing some good stuff, it gets me so frustrated, should i wait ? is skylake-e on the same socket ? I would wait, but i want to chop my current PC with a fireman's axe, its really on its last leg.

m.2 really not worth the premium right now but it does make sense to get a motherboard with a x4 slot for a future upgrade.

As far as RAM goes, DDR4 speeds make very little difference in real-world terms so a cheap 2400 kit would suffice.

As far as waiting for the next tech is concerned, you'll be waiting forever as there's always new stuff on the horizon. Buy now and forget about it.

Something like this:

My basket at Overclockers UK:

Total: £399.47
(includes shipping: £10.50)

SLI and 16gb of RAM should see you ok for a while
